Breakthroughs in understanding and action have transformed my business life, and brought fulfillment to the members of my company. After many years of leading my company, and many years of informally helping colleages develop their corporations, I decided to get formal training in coaching and begin work full time to help companies thrive.
My preparation to be a great coach for you:
For as long as I can remember, all the way back to my scout troop, I have loved being part of a group, and helping that group achieve its goals. When I told the world I was enrolling for my coaching certificate, many high school friends wrote back to me, "Of course, that's perfect for you." I've been listening to others and helping others see their lives more clearly since those first days of high school when my friends and I began discussing colleges and careers. Professional coach training has sharpened my effectiveness at discovering the core issues impacting your life and your organization, and creating breakthrough solutions to reach the next step.
Holding your trust:
The coaching relationship is based on three sides of a triangle: your life and your organzation, my skills, and our mutual trust. Holding your trust and honoring your life is my top priority as your coach. The life you are living right now has my honor and respect.
